Data we collect

Enquiry forms, casting applications, leasing requests and newsletter signups. For each we record the fields you enter, the page you submitted from, and the date.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are retained for the period stated at the point of submission. Casting applications are retained for the casting cycle stated on the call, and the consent wording is shown above the submit button.

Who sees it

The relevant desk at Emirates Media, plus the CRM and email providers named in our processor list. Entries are stored in the site's admin panel and can be exported as CSV.

Your choices

Write to info@emiratesmedia.in to request a copy of your record or its deletion.
